Refund policy

RETURNS

Given the nature of the products, and that they are skincare, we do not accept returns & refunds for sanitation, health, and safety purposes once the order is already shipped and/or delivered.

In the case where your order reaches the maximum failed delivery attempts by our shipping courier, the order will automatically be returned to us and a refund only for the products will be processed, and the shipping fee will still be paid by you through the original payment method chosen.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for our products. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed.                     If you want to change your order, your initial order will be cancelled & refunded in full, and you will need to place a new order. Please refer below to our cancellation policy to make sure your cancellation can be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you changed your mind after placing your order, we will gladly process a cancellation & refund your order in full only if the cancellation was requested within 2 hours of placing your order. If the cancellation is requested after this time period, we will be unable to guarantee that we can cancel & process a refund, and your order will be shipped out to the address provided as it is.

FAILED DELIVERY

In the case where your order reaches the maximum failed delivery attempts by our shipping courier, the order will automatically be returned to us and you will be refunded the full total of the products only. The shipping fee will not be refunded as it is a cost that goes directly to the courier company, given that the man-hours were still put in to reach you even if it did not work out in the end. We are not obligated to inform you prior as this process is automatic, however you will be informed once a refund is processed.
